New Foundations Inc was founded in 1987 as Hillside Acres in Wolcott and was changed to New Foundations Inc in 2007. Our Peck Lane house was opened in 1987 followed by 3 more homes in 1988, 1990 and 1992. We currently provide homes for 21 residents.

Our Mission

The mission of New Foundations group homes is to provide a nurturing environment to our residents and to integrate each resident into the community. Our residents live with chronic disabilities. We try to provide a family environment that improves the quality of life for each resident.
