Individual residents living in community

Our homes are small residential facilities located in Cheshire, Wolcott and Waterbury. They are designed to provide homes to our adult residents who live with chronic disabilities. Each home has six or less residents and staffed around the clock with trained caregivers.

The homes are designed to meet ADA codes, supporting the individual needs of our residents. Many of our residents have lived with us for much of their adult lives.

We truly care about the individuals we are privileged to serve, helping them maintain a meaningful and full life. New Foundations, Inc. faces big challenges, but the desire to support and care for our residents is our primary goal.

Four group homes in central Connecticut
